Intellectual Property

The Trixna brand, website, mobile applications, and the curated music catalog offered for streaming on our platform are owned by or licensed to Trixna Music Portal. Unless a track page states otherwise, audio available on Trixna is provided for listening through our service and is not a grant of rights to copy, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the recording outside the platform.

Creators who upload to Trixna retain ownership of their original works, subject to the license they grant us in our Terms of Service. Platform-hosted catalog tracks distributed under our commercial licenses remain the property of Trixna Music Portal or the licensed rights holder.

Mobile App

The Trixna listener app for Android and iOS connects to the same catalog and account system as the website. Before creating an account in the app, you must review and accept our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. AI-Generated & AI-Assisted Music

A significant portion of the catalog on Trixna includes ambient instrumentals and other works created with AI music tools under commercial licenses held by the uploader or platform. We require creators to disclose when AI was used in production, to confirm they have the right to publish the work, and to review lyrics and titles for accidental references to famous songs, trademarks, or real individuals before upload.

When AI was used, public track pages and the mobile app may display a disclosure such as “Created by [Artist Name] with the assistance of AI.” This transparency supports listener trust and aligns with app store expectations for AI-generated content. Our Mission

We believe independent music deserves more than a bare audio player. Creators should be able to tell the story behind each track — tempo, key, vibe, and ideal use cases for Reels, Shorts, podcasts, and other projects — so listeners and search engines can understand the music before pressing play.
