Trixna
Copyright & DMCA Policy
Last updated: June 8, 2026
Trixna Music Portal respects intellectual property rights and expects all users of Trixna to do the same. This policy describes how we handle copyright claims, including notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), and how rights holders can request removal of infringing material.
Copyright Ownership on Trixna
Creators who upload tracks to Trixna generally retain copyright in their original works, subject to licenses granted to us in our Terms of Service. For AI-generated or AI-assisted works, ownership and protectability depend on the creator's human contribution, applicable law, and the terms of the AI tools used. See our AI Music Policy.
Trixna does not claim ownership of user uploads. We act as a hosting and streaming platform. We are not responsible for user conduct, but we respond to valid infringement notices.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe content on Trixna infringes your copyright, send a written DMCA notice to our designated agent with all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if multiple)
- Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (e.g., direct URL to the track page on https://www.trixna.com)
- Your contact information (address, telephone, email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, agent, or law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if outside the U.S., any judicial district where we may be found)
We may restore content in accordance with applicable law unless the complainant files a court action.
Repeat Infringers
We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
AI-Generated Music & Copyright Claims
Copyright claims involving AI-generated material may raise novel questions. We evaluate each notice on its merits. Rights holders should specify:
- The original work allegedly infringed
- How the Trixna content reproduces protected expression (not merely genre, mood, or non-protectable ideas)
- Whether the uploader had a license from an AI provider or other source
We may request additional information from complainants or uploaders before taking action.
False Claims
Knowingly submitting a false infringement notice or counter-notification may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) or equivalent laws.
Trademarks & Other Rights
For trademark or publicity-right concerns not covered by copyright, contact contact@trixna.com with the same level of detail: your rights, the offending content URL, and why the use is unauthorized.
