Trixna
AI-Generated Music Policy
Last updated: June 8, 2026
Trixna hosts original music from independent creators, including works produced wholly or partially with artificial intelligence (“AI”) music generation tools. This policy explains how AI-generated and AI-assisted music is handled on our platform, what creators must disclose, and what listeners should understand about rights and usage.
Scope
This policy applies to all audio, lyrics, cover art, and metadata uploaded to Trixna where AI tools were used in composition, arrangement, mastering, vocal synthesis, lyric generation, or cover image creation — whether the result is labeled “AI-generated,” “AI-assisted,” or hybrid human-AI work.
Creator Requirements
By uploading AI-related content, creators represent and agree that:
- Disclosure — They will accurately mark tracks as AI-generated when prompted during upload and in public metadata where applicable.
- Commercial rights — They hold a valid commercial license or other legal right from the AI tool provider (or applicable rights holder) permitting publication, streaming, and monetization on Trixna and linked distribution channels.
- No infringing prompts or sources — They did not use AI tools to imitate identifiable living artists, reproduce copyrighted recordings, or generate content that infringes third-party rights.
- Lyrics & samples — Any lyrics, melodies, or samples included in AI-assisted works are original or properly licensed.
- Accurate metadata — Titles, descriptions, BPM, key, genre, and usage notes truthfully describe the work and do not mislead listeners or search engines.
Platform Catalog & Commercial License Statement
Many ambient instrumentals available on Trixna are original works generated using AI music tools under commercial licenses held by the uploader or platform operator. These works are intended for streaming, discovery, and background use in creator projects where the uploader's license permits such use.
Important: A track being available on Trixna does not automatically grant you a license to use it in your own videos, broadcasts, or commercial projects. Always review the track page, uploader statements, and applicable tool licenses before reusing audio outside the platform.

Copyright & AI — Current Understanding
Copyright law regarding AI-generated works is evolving globally. In many jurisdictions, purely AI-generated output may receive limited or no copyright protection, while human-directed creative choices may be protectable. Trixna does not provide legal advice on registrability or ownership.
Creators are responsible for understanding the terms of their AI tools (e.g., Suno, Udio, Stable Audio, or other providers) including:
- Whether the service grants ownership or a license to the user
- Whether commercial use and platform distribution are permitted
- Whether attribution is required
- Whether training-data or style imitation restrictions apply
Titles, Lyrics & Trademark Safety
AI tools can accidentally produce lyrics, phrases, or titles that resemble famous songs, trademarked brands, or real celebrity names. Before you publish on Trixna, manually review every title, description, and lyric for:
- Well-known song titles or distinctive lyric lines (for example, references that could be confused with major commercial releases)
- Trademarked product, company, or entertainment franchise names used without permission
- Real public figures presented in a misleading or defamatory way
If you are unsure whether a phrase is safe to publish, edit or remove it before upload. This helps protect you, listeners, and Trixna from copyright and trademark complaints and supports compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play policies on AI-generated content.
Prohibited AI Content
We may remove or reject content that:
- Clones or substantially imitates a named artist's voice or style without authorization
- Reproduces recognizable copyrighted recordings
- Contains deepfake vocals of real individuals without consent
- Is used to spread misinformation or deceptive impersonation
- Violates the AI provider's terms of service
Enforcement
We investigate reports from rights holders, AI tool providers, and users. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban. See our Copyright & DMCA Policy for takedown procedures.
Updates
As AI regulation and industry standards evolve, we will update this policy. Creators should periodically review their tool licenses and this page.
