These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Trixna operated by Trixna Music Portal at https://www.trixna.com. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, AI Music Policy, and Copyright Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Trixna. If you upload content, you represent that you have the legal right to do so and that your content complies with these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@trixna.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not own or lack permission to distribute
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other intellectual property
• Upload malware, spam, or deceptive metadata
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload our systems without permission
• Circumvent access controls, DRM, or rate limits
• Use the service for unlawful purposes

Intellectual Property & Platform Content

The Trixna name, logos, website, mobile applications, software, and curated streaming catalog are owned by or licensed to Trixna Music Portal. Except where a track page expressly grants additional rights, music available on Trixna is licensed to you only for personal streaming through our website and official mobile apps. You may not copy, download, redistribute, sell, broadcast, or commercially exploit platform audio without separate written permission from the rights holder.

Many tracks in our catalog are original works published under commercial licenses held by Trixna Music Portal or the uploading creator. Those rights remain with the owner; your account does not transfer ownership of any recording to you.

Mobile Applications

If you register or sign in through the Trixna mobile app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must affirmatively accept the Terms before creating a listener account in the app. Continued use of the app after we update these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

App store rules may require additional disclosures about AI-generated content, advertising, and data collection; those topics are addressed in our Privacy Policy, AI Music Policy, and Cookie Policy.

User Content & Licenses

Creators retain ownership of tracks and related materials they upload. By publishing content on Trixna, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, stream, reproduce, display, and distribute your content solely to operate and promote the platform (including public track pages, homepage sections, and mobile app playback).

You represent and warrant that your uploads are original or properly licensed, that AI-generated elements are disclosed where required, that titles and lyrics do not infringe trademarks or imitate famous works without authorization, and that publication does not violate any third-party rights.

AI-Generated & AI-Assisted Content

Creators must accurately disclose when AI tools were used to generate or assist audio, lyrics, or cover art. We may display AI disclosure labels on track pages and in the mobile app (for example, “Created by [Artist Name] with the assistance of AI”). You agree not to upload AI output that impersonates identifiable artists, reproduces copyrighted recordings, or includes lyrics or titles that unlawfully reference trademarked names, famous song titles, or real individuals without permission. Creators are responsible for reviewing AI-generated lyrics and metadata before publication.

Moderation & Removal

We may review, approve, reject, or remove content at our discretion. Tracks may require admin approval before appearing publicly. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or receive valid legal complaints.

Streaming & Downloads

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, streaming is provided for personal, non-commercial listening on Trixna. Redistribution, re-uploading, or commercial exploitation of streamed content without the rights holder's permission is prohibited.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that all content is accurate or lawful. You use the platform at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trixna Music Portal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Trixna. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trixna Music Portal from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Third-Party Links & Services

The site may link to third-party platforms (e.g., Spotify, YouTube) or display third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for third-party content, terms, or practices.

Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Trixna Music Portal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
